Jon Althoff touches every assignment, personally. PCG is more of a boutique consultancy; we are not into numbers of Clients; we are into helping our limited number of very special Clients achieve and exceed their desired results.

We don’t pretend to know more about your business than you do. We will provide over 40 years of for profit and non-profit cross industry experience and new perspectives to your thinking.

PCG doesn’t charge for the first consultations. When PCG is getting to know you and your business, we don’t believe you should pay to educate us on your industry, your business, or your goals. You will get a written proposal to review. Deliverables, timetable and costs are laid out for your written approval before any billing starts. If we don’t think we can help you, we’ll tell you that and recommend someone who can.

PCG has never used a contract. Because both Client and PCG pick each other, it’s usually a handshake. Or, these days, a head nod if you prefer. However, as there is always a first time, we have a written agreement to offer or we can sign yours. But as you get a detailed written proposal for each project, that might not be necessary.

“No Surprise” Billing transparency. We can bill you hourly, by the month, by the project, or on a fractional basis. And again, a written detailed proposal is always provided upfront for your approval.

Complete Confidentiality: Complete confidentiality is assured. NDAs will be signed and honored if you feel them necessary.

No Long Term Commitments. Business conditions can change rapidly. If PCG services are no longer needed, or need to be paused, they can be at any time with simple written notification.
